The first transaction involved Units 1 & 2 Leekbrook Industrial Estate, comprising 2,023 sq. ft., which has been let on behalf of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council. This marks the latest in a series of disposals that we have facilitated for the Council over the past eighteen months, reflecting our ongoing successful relationship.
The second letting saw Unit R, Brooklands Way, extending to 2,272 sq. ft., secured on behalf of a long-standing retained client who we have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with, supporting their commercial property interests across various sites for many years.
