Collecting and allocating service charge monies, instructing contractors and third-party consultants to provide shared services ensuring value for money, preparing service charge budgets and recovering outstanding monies.

Inspection and maintenance

Regularly inspecting managed buildings to check for lease compliance, instructing and managing contractors, recommending improvement/adaptation works to make the site more appealing to potential tenants.
