The lettings have secured a range of occupiers including Ventilation Warehouse Ltd, Premier Flooring Ltd and Your Zooki, bringing the estate to full occupancy. The transactions achieved a headline rent of £8.10 per sq ft and follow the comprehensive refurbishment of the estate.
The recent works complete an extensive overhaul of Sneyd Hill Industrial Estate, which has included new roof coverings and upgraded elevation cladding throughout, significantly enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of the scheme.
