We are pleased to announce the successful sale of Unit 2, Scotia Road Business Park, a modern industrial property extending to 15,182 sq ft GIA. The sale, conducted on behalf of Stoke Fire Doors, follows the company’s recent relocation to Unit 1, Tunstall Arrow, where they have taken up 31,170 sq ft of space to accommodate their expanding operations.

Built in 2018, the property features a large yard area and offers flexible, high quality industrial space. The sale comes as the unit became surplus to Stoke Fire Doors’ requirements, allowing them to focus on new operations within the new facility. The property was purchased by a Newcastle-under-Lyme-based façade solutions business, which has expanded its ownership in the area.

This latest disposal follows the successful sale of a similar-sized industrial unit, 32a Waterloo Road, which went to a best and final bids process on behalf of Travis Perkins in Autumn 2024.

Becky Thomas, commented, “There continues to be strong demand for freehold industrial premises, and this transaction reflects the ongoing appetite from businesses looking to expand or relocate as owner occupiers. We are actively seeking further opportunities like this to meet the needs of the market.” For further information on this sale or future opportunities, please contact: Becky Thomas – 01782 202294 / becky@mounseysurveyors.co.uk
