Acting as joint agents, Mounsey Chartered Surveyors has helped secure online grocery retailer Ocado for the final available unit at Indurent Park Stoke Central, bringing the 530,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme to full occupancy.
Ocado has agreed a new 15-year lease on Unit C55, a 55,232 sq ft building, marking the successful completion of the Stoke Central development and another major milestone in Indurent’s investment in Stoke-on-Trent.
While Stoke Central is now fully occupied, construction is already well underway on the third phase of development at nearby Indurent Park Etruria Valley, where Mounsey Chartered Surveyors is also acting as joint agent.
Stoke Central demonstrates continued occupier demand

Construction is progressing at Indurent Park Etruria Valley, where ten new industrial units ranging from 4,357 sq ft to 12,440 sq ft are due for completion in August 2026.
