We’re delighted to have completed a double lease renewal of Units 3 & 4 Stone Road Business Park, on behalf of a management client. Having managed the estate for several years, the landlord instructed us to carry out the two upcoming lease renewals on their behalf.
Following discussions, terms were agreed between parties with a rental increase achieved on both units which measured 3,448 and 5,300 sq. ft. respectively.
