Our agency team is pleased to announce the successful completion of a trio of office disposals in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent.

Ground Floor, Alexander House

The first, ground floor space in the centre of Hanley within Alexander House, a building with a depth of history providing 3,889 sq ft (NIA). The space was secured by law firm, Smith Partnership in September 2024 alongside their additional four Midlands branches. The landlord, Sandyford Estates, was happy to secure a long-term lease to the firm. We continue to market the first floor, which remains available.

Mitchell House

In December 2024, we facilitated the letting of Mitchell House, a self contained building measuring 9,968 sq ft (NIA). Situated on the outskirts of Hanley, this property has been secured by a government-funded charity on behalf of ARD Properties. The long-term lease agreement further enhances the growing appeal of Stoke on Trent City Centre.

Units 3-6 Whittle Court

Just this month, Unit 3-6 Whittle Court at 7,599 sq ft (NIA) was also sold to NLC Group of Companies. This sale, also on behalf of Sandyford Estates, marks a successful end to this series of transactions, demonstrating strong investment into Stoke-on-Trent’s City Centre.

Becky Thomas commented “These transactions highlight not only the increasing demand for offices but also that the city centre continues to be the key business hub outside of the surrounding business parks.”
