The site will have a shared access and estate road running along the north boundary and both sites are approximately 1 acre. Site 1 is predominantly a mixture of hard standing tarmacadam and concrete, whilst Site 2 is mainly MOT Type 1 finish.
There will be electric to each site and water may be made available, subject to terms. Type of perimeter fencing for the sites is to be discussed and agreed.
The sites are available on a new lease for a term of up to 3 years, excluded from the Landlord & Tenant Act.
