Mounsey Chartered Surveyors has recently completed three lettings in Leek, acting on behalf of retained landlord clients across each property.
The transactions included:
- Unit 4, Station Works – a 600 sq. ft industrial/workshop unit located close to the town centre.
- Unit 5, Town Yard Industrial Estate – an 875 sq. ft end-terrace warehouse in one of Leek’s most established commercial estates.
- Unit 7, Smithfield Centre – a 1,280 sq. ft retail unit fronting the A53, within the heart of the North Staffordshire town.
The units were taken by a mix of new and existing local businesses, confirming the continued strength of demand for good-quality, small commercial spaces in the area.
