Acting on behalf of the landlord, Eurostar Global, Mounsey Chartered Surveyors has successfully completed the letting of Unit 12/13 Evolution at Lymedale Business Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme to Stark Building Materials Ltd.
The 6,375 sq. ft modern industrial warehouse and office facility has been let on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease (FRI) with tenant fitout already underway. Stark Building Materials Ltd – whose trading brands include Jewson, International Timber, George Boyd and Normans – will occupy the premises to support a major new contract win.
This marks a second successful letting for Eurostar Global, following the 2024 deal with Tremco CPG on Unit 8.
