Network Space Developments appointed Mounsey Chartered Surveyors to undertake a Market Appraisal of this 22-acre prime development site. We provided supply and demand advice covering the size, type, and specification of buildings required by the market place. 

Occupier demand was outlined in detail, and the developer produced a masterplan that we provided comments on.

The scheme was subsequently developed, and Mounsey Chartered Surveyors provided letting services resulting in the successful letting of all five modern warehouse units built one phase 1 of the development known as Tunstall Arrow South. The same scheme has recently been awarded the Regeneration Development of the year in the Insider Awards for the West Midlands.

We are currently consulting with the developer who intends to develop Tunstall Arrow North, and we have been retained to provide agency services on this development.
