As the appointed representatives of the landlord, we negotiated with tenants DHL, Boels Rental, Pramac and SG Fleet, ensuring fair and favourable rental adjustments.

The rent reviews were all within six months of each other, meaning negotiations had to be carefully managed to achieve the best possible outcome while maintaining strong tenant relationships.
