Mounsey Chartered Surveyors has completed the letting of two industrial properties at Newstead Industrial Estate in Stoke-on-Trent, following continued demand for industrial space across the area.
Unit 4 and the combined Unit 12/22 were both let during July 2026 on behalf of our property management client, Wrenwray Limited. Together, the properties provide more than 13,500 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation.
