Mounsey Chartered Surveyors has completed the letting of a former NatWest office building in Chesterton after initially acquiring the property off market for retained client GivEnergy Property Ltd.
The detached, single-storey property on Rosevale Road provides 1,073 sq ft of accommodation at the entrance to Rosevale Business Park, within the established Parkhouse Industrial Estate.
The property has now been let to a day care provider, which will use it to establish its second site in the area. This letting also continues an existing relationship with the tenant, which previously rented another office building through Mounsey Chartered Surveyors in Newcastle-under-Lyme for the same purpose.
