Our property management service can be divided into three areas; the ‘hands on’ daily management of buildings and their occupiers, financial credit control and, if required, the asset management of properties and estates to maximise income potential.

As a regulated RICS firm for handling client’s monies, we offer the following core services:
Invoicing tenants in advance to encourage prompt payment, allocating and transferring funds, recovering rent according to the terms of a lease and reconciling payments in order to report to the client.
Service charge management
Collecting and allocating service charge monies, instructing contractors and third party consultants to provide shared services ensuring value for money, preparing service charge budgets and recovering outstanding monies.
Inspection and maintenance
Periodically inspecting managed buildings to check for lease compliance, instructing and managing contractors, recommending improvement/adaptation works in order to add value.
