The Goods Yard will become a new destination for Stoke-on-Trent, with independent coffee shops, eateries and bars onsite for meetings over a brew, picking up lunch and after work pints.

Goods Yard is connected to the city’s district heating network which uses the Earth’s natural geothermal heat to provide super low-carbon, renewable heat and hot water, which will offset 75% of buildings on site and best of all, keep your energy bills low. EPC ratings are anticipated to also achieve a B rating.

The unique vaults warehouse space offers a locally listed, canalside, former vaults which are full of character with exposed brick columns throughout and vaulted ceilings. The space offers an impressive central entrance from the upper floor public square, accessible lift, rooflights allowing natural lighting from the public square and up lighting to all columns.
